Nah, one thing like that wouldn't happen. The implants do alter when they are below intense high or lower pressure, but they may not explode. Well, they will, but you'd already be dead when you were below that a great deal atmospheric pressure. The levels at which planes fly and secure levels for diving are certainly not sufficient to result in this. What you could observe is truly an expanding and transform in size, but they're not likely to pop.
